By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS below on your own consent:

• Payment
  - Payment is accepted in USD via Paypal / Stripe,
  - Full payment is required after you submit your order. Please make payment within 24 hours of
  receiving the invoice.
  - A screenshot of payment is optional but appreciated.
  - If payment is not received within the time frame, the commission slot may be forfeited.

• Cancellation & Refunds
  - You may cancel anytime before your order is approved or confirmed.
  - A full refund will be issued only if I am unable to complete your commission.
  - No refunds will be given once the work has started unless I personally cancel it.

​

• Usage Rights
  - All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
  - You may not resell, modify, trace, or use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. monetized
  content, merchandise, promotional branding) without written permission and an added commercial
  fee.
  - Commercial use requires an extra charge of the base price. Please inquire during ordering.

• Copyright & Credit
  - I retain full rights to all commissioned artwork, including the right to post, display, or use the work in 
  my portfolio and social media.
  - You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.
  - You are welcome to post or share the commissioned artwork, but please credit me (@yourhandle
  or with a link).
  - I will not draw the same character in the same style twice unless requested and paid as a new order.

• Process & Workflow
  - I do not follow a strict queue; progress depends on motivation and schedule.
  - WIPs (Work-in-Progress) are available upon request-especially during the sketch stage.
  - Small adjustments are allowed during the sketch phase.
  - Major revisions after lineart or coloring may incur additional charges.
  - Once a piece is marked finished, no further changes will be made unless due to my own error.

• Rush Orders
  - If you need your commission by a specific deadline, a rush fee may apply.
  - Rush fees are typically +25% to +100% of the base price, depending on the urgency.
  - Please mention your deadline before ordering, so I can confirm availability.

• Delivery
  - Final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive link.
  - Estimated turnaround is 1-2 weeks, but may extend to 1-2 months depending on complexity,
  queue length, or personal delays.
  - Deadlines must be communicated early if applicable.

• Content Restrictions
  - I reserve the right to decline any commission that includes content I am uncomfortable with.
  - I do not accept commissions containing explicit NSFW, hateful/offensive themes, or extremely complex designs (such as mechanical parts, heavy armor, etc.) unless discussed beforehand.

• References
  - Please provide clear visual character references. Moodboards or aesthetic references are
  welcome and used for inspiration, not direct replication.

​

• Agreement
  By placing a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of
  Service outlined above.
